Is there any set date for this? Also, how long will you still be taking inquiries on bugs and glitches like Curie always going back to Vault 81 when you dismiss her or McCready's game-breaking companion perk? (Though the later of which you can take your guy's time on... lol)

No set date, should be soon, they had holiday the last 2 weeks but they said they would be doing smaller, faster patches than the last games they made so soon.

I hope the patch comes soon because certain areas of the game needs patching badly like Vault 81 and random encounters not showing up. These days when I load up the game I just play around with building my settlements and not with the game itself.
