So when's the patch? PS3 poor framerate! : Fallout: New Vegas

I got the ultimate edition (ps3) and i'm about level 14 so, not far into the game at all. Trying to do the mission where i'm finding out how to help The King's dog.

The slowdown is freaking amazing. I can't even pause the game I have to hold the PS button and manually quit.

What gives?
