When I turn Night Eye off, I crash

I have an Khajiit assassin, and he is using the spell night eye (lesser power). When I am in a city, and I cast the spell to turn it off, I crash.

Now, bear with me, but I don't know how to post my load order from OBMM.

I don't use the method given in the link (well, I use Wrye Bash mostly). Try: Import/Export > View Load Order > Copy/paste

I have the same problem, it exports to an unrecognized format. Instead, choose 'Import/Export', and then 'View load order'. You can copy and paste to a text file from there.

I transfer it, and then it is a blank piece of paper with the internet symbol (on the desktop, didn't open it) I double click it, and then two pop ups, one asks, want to open or save this file? I click open, and then it goes away, then comes back up. I can't open it for some reason.

EDIT: OH! Thanks! I know they are in a bad order, I have been trying to get the to work and work! Moving this mod around, and blah de blah de blah. But it doesn't work.

Edit: posted too early...

What version of MMM are you running? You are missing some plugins and you need to remove the MMM ESP. You should only have one main MMM ESP installed. With this setup, that should be the MMM for OOO ESP. You should probably install a few of the COBL optional modules too.

You have enough major items that I recommend the BOSS software; http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=20516 Just run the dos-batch app, and your load order will be tidy. You're also missing a number of MMM plugins. After running BOSS, double-check the log for install errors.

MMM V 3.

COBL optional modules? Like COBL Races, COBL Glue, COBL Tweaks? I tried those...and the tweaks one made the new drinks . I tried reinstalling it, and it didn't do anything.

You also need Mart's Monster Mod for OOO.esm

I'd also skip Beautiful People and use Cobl Races or Race Balancing Project instead, but that's another matter.

No, just OOO cobl, nothing fancy, just the support options for your overhauls. Get MMM installed correctly yet. Also, we are in a forum full of betas and such, so v3 is not very descriptive. You should be using version 3.7b3. Go to the latest MMM thread for the links and instructions for the latest downloads and the MMM 3.7b3 OMOD installer.

Edit: Did you install OOO 1.33 complete before installing OOO 1.34b5?

You still need to remove the MMM ESP. I guess you did not use the OMOD installer... Did you download the MMM BSA as well? You have to rename it to get the files to load. First, remove that MMM ESP, and remove Exnem's Runeskulls mod entirely. All of the resources are incorporated into MMM now, and you are already using the MMM Runeskulls plugin. Update OOO.

Okay, disabled the MMM.esp. Added the MMM For OOO.esm.


Exactly, how does BOSS work? Like, I click on it to make it run, it runs, changes load order. Does it change how the load order is in OBMM? VERY sorry if this is a UBA NOOB question.

You need to read the 3.7b3 Install notes in mmm.html or http://pages.suddenlink.net/corepc/. Best to use the MMM OMOD Installer for 3.7b3

MMMforOOO 3.7b3 requires OOO 1.34beta5 it must be installed for MMMforOOO to work correctly once again.

1) Create a dummy plugin Oblivion.esp (Copy the "blank.esp" out of the Oblivion\Mopy\Extras folder, and rename it.)

2) Put the dummy plugin in your Data folder.

3) Rename the MMM BSA "Oblivion - MMM.bsa"

4) I am going to go put these explicit instructions on that page, and I do not know why I have not already done this. Please do not be concerned if you are confused. That comment was enough though, haha. Thank you for trying it out.

or just rename the mmm.bsa itself to Mart's Monster Mod for OOO.bsa.

the ' is needed it will not load without that in name.

Oh, I was wondering if the " ' " was an okay symbol. That was my first thought. I will update the instructions on my site too. CrazyCocok, use Corepc's naming scheme, it saves you a plugin slot among other things.

Edit: The "Mopy" folder is installed by Wrye Bash. I thought you had a bashed patch. I must have mixed up a thread or two. Do not worry about that though.
