When two mods change the same item.

Hello. I'm using two mods that both make changes to stimpaks. There doesn't seem to be any probelm in game, and I assume the mod to load last just overrides the previous one.

Since I would like to be sure nothing is going wrong, and because of my ADD, I would like to fix it. So is that possible? I can't un-alter an item even if I put the values back to vanilla, is that correct? Should I delete the item? Can I make a new mod that automatically changes everything another does except that item?

Another question about stimpaks. I would like it if they took a long time to work like in New Vegas hardcoe Mode. I've experimented with the duration value (changed 5s to 30) but I still heal up almost right away when I use the stim (though the value is correctly stated in the pipboy). Is there a way I can slow it right down? My goal is for stims to be slow so you can't spam them in battle. You can use one then you have to wait for 30 seconds while it works, then use another.
