and if anyone knows about loading GOTY oblivion from steam all of a sudden (fresh install) crashing to desktop instantly after the play button is pressed. I could really use the help, I thought I just didnt patch it last time when I installed the mods like OOO and blood mud.. but turns out steam auto patches....


Any assistance would be appreciated.

Well... that rule usually applies to mmos so I could be wrong, but yeah I bet tuesday.

Games are released on Tuesdays most of the time. Patches can happen whenever. I bet this patch is just for performance and game breaking bugs not anything else

Most likely they will also release the editor around the same time I bet.

I'm wondering...

I heard a lot of talk about a patch that is supposed to fix the horrible console resolution textures and the way the UI works with a mouse.

Is this the patch that's supposed to come out, or were those fixes just rumors?

Last I heard, the week after thanksgiving. And as far as I know, no info on what it will do has been released yet.
