Bethesda needs to work on the customer service this is your game. There should have been pre-test for bugs like this. I shouldn't have had to have gone to the forum to get an answer that they should have already had. An I didn't like the way they just stopped responding to my emails. if you contact Bethesda customer service, they state on there if you don't respond within four days. They will close your problem, and assume it has been resolved. But what if they don't even reply back?? Sad sad
I finally got my 21 bucks back that all I was asking for; just like anyone that would have paid for a service and didn't get it (Thank you Apple). But what made me mad the most was after taking and sending pictures of my old game and my credit card transactions. To prove to them I wasn't lying. Not one time did Bethesda say sorry about that or even a thank you for being such a loyal fan of there brand. It's sad that we line these companies with our hard earned money. And get no respect in return without us the fans the buyers they would have to close shop. We our there life line without us Bethesda wouldn't even be here.
