When will promo code be fixed?!?!?

Crytek and EA when will the promo code be fixed? I redeemed it on the website and got my email but I cannot see the stuff I got on multiplayer! I'm still level 1! I want my stuff I paid for. How much longer do we have to wait to get a fix? I already pvssyd with EA support but they are stupid. They didn't help at all.
