i have a stupid glitched file and want the latest patch and the DLC so i can play again. when will the Dead Money/Honest Hearts etc DLC disk's be released?

There are no plans to release the dlc on disk its been stated by devs several times.

I don't think they'll ever be made. You would probably would have to wait for a "ultimate edition" or something like that.

The devs have stated there won't be any separate dlc discs.

It didn't win Game of the Year so it's probably going to be just a Special Edition...

I'm sure that if ANY important group of people says it deserves GOTY, it can use the phrase GOTY.

No I don't think you know exactly what a GOTY Edition is. There is no "Oscars" for video games, so unless you follow the VGAs, there is no way to say that there is a "best game" of the year. A GOTY Edition is basically a complete edition of the game, with all or some of the DLC released for it. For example, the GOTY Edition for Modern Warfare 2 included the Stimulus Package DLC and, I'm probably not alone on this, I don't think that it was the best game of the year. And LittleBigPlanet's GOTY edition included a voucher for $20 worth of DLC for the game, and I thought that LBP was a pretty stellar.

In short: GOTY does not mean that it was GOTY.
