Trying to download this game off the marketplace has been a pain having to keep manually checking to make sure it hasn't requeued and disconnected from the bethesda servers speaking of which just happened can anyone help or at least point me where I need to go for help?

There are no Bethesda servers. The game is being downloaded from the Microsoft servers.

Microsoft is the one to approach about server issues. Probably just a lot of traffic as people all download..

I already did they said it had to do with bethesda's servers and that I should try to contact them :l or wait

Yeah I spoke with a person over chat on their website and they stated microsoft was working with bethesda on the issue, I didn't even think it would be an issue considering people downloading it before release and the preparation they would have done to set up for the most anticipated release of the year :l

It's still Microsoft servers. Other developers/publishers only maintain servers on the consoles for MMOs and certain multiplayer games. Simply sounds like server overload.

And while pre-load started on Xbox nearly a week ago, the whole game isn't downloaded, Quite a bit more needed to be downloaded as well come release time,

Still seems weird they would charge more than disc price for a service with less quality :l

The game downloaded perfectly for me last night.

I think the problem might be with your ISP speeds.
