When will you buy this game?

Post » Wed Apr 13, 2011 4:18 am

I will either:

1. Get myself sick so I can miss school and pick it up around 10am Central and game all day
2. Or wait until school lets out at 2:30 and take a 15 min drive to Gamestop.

Well I already paid for it, so I'll get it once it's available to download. Usually I would've pre-ordered a week before release, but I couldn't pass on the $40 promotion on D2D.

I already pre-ordered the game, but my Xbox started dying of AIDS a couple days ago. It's super slow for some reason and after clearing the cache it won't let me update my games so I can't play anything. So...hopefully I can get it fixed before these 2 months pass. If not I'll probably still pick the game up, and just take it home and hold it and cry or something.

I'll pre-order as soon as Amazon lets me select Release Date delivery as a shipping speed.

So I definitely plan on getting it Day 1.

When release date hits, I'll get up early in the morning cause I got to go to work, call in sick, get back to sleep for a couple of hours since the stores won't be open till 10 in the morning, wake up again and pick up the game. No need for me to be at the front of the line cause there never is a line where I live.

My family wants to use Netflix on the PS3 in the future, so I may get (I know, right?) an online connection for the PS3 (OMG!)! :shocking:

Sooooo, I will probably want to get the PS3 version (no membership fees), but I'm scared the PS3 version won't be as good as the Xbox360 (since Brink is not a PS3 exclusive, I'm not sure how the port will be on final release).

The games I do have on the PS3 are exclusives or not FPS games, so I never had any technical problems with them.

I'll preorder, though. ^_^

I'm quite sure we'll be able to pre-load it on Steam.

My family wants to use Netflix on the PS3 in the future,

"Hey guys, we're on Netflix! Well, we're not on Netflix, but we're officially sponsored by them now."

depending what you have like 1 movie out 2 movies out etc. you can have i think it was 12 or so things inactive and 6 things active at once
ie. you have 2 pc's, 2 360's and 2 dvd players that can play netflix, also you have a laptop with netflix, all of these things can be registered with netflix ,but only 6 can be activated and used all 6 activated items can be used at the same time. (not sure if it is 12 inactive things might be unlimited not my service, though it's no doubt only 6 can be active.)

I pre-ordered it on Steam. By the time I get home from high school that fateful tuesday, the servers should be stable enough for the download.

Well, this forum is pretty decent for further developing my English ^^ so basically I'm moving up in the forum world.

Anyways, let's get back Ontopic, don't want to become a spammer and gain a frikking fourth star already... Btw: Forum ranks are overrated :spotted owl:

It's rather funny you mention this forum is helping you develop your English - from what I've seen in your posts since I've been here, you've a better grasp on the language than a fair amount customers I meet at my place of work each day. Considering I'm an American... I'm unsure whether I should be impressed with you, or disappointed with them. Perhaps somewhere in between?

It's amazing to hear how badly the English language can be butchered by people who've spoken it their entire lives - especially when it's the only language they speak.

I'm on study leave when Brink comes out, so I'm going to pop down to GAME on 20th May at 9am and pick up my preordered copy. And since it's GAME I preordered at, I get two pre-order packs instead of one

ive been following this game forever it seems, i wont buy it 0 day, there arent enough preorder incentives in the world to make me want to pay in advance for a game that may or may not be good. Ill wait until the general consensus weighs in. I do not base my opinion on others, but i base my opinion on how many people are actually playing the game total for the PC edition. I dont want to get a multiplayer only game which only has 200 people total playing the game worldwide. Which has happened in the past with video games ive bought.
