When I shoot kill someone and he just stand still wait for another kill. What will he saw from his kill cam?

Today, I shoot someone to death, then he just stand still there. I saw something like this several times.
So, I snap hist neck and got double kills!? (sometime i got 1 kill, sometime 2 kills)

Happened to me a couple of times. I AirStomped a guy and got the kill but his avatar just remained there like a mannequin. So I killed him again, two kills for the price of one

I saw it happen and I think i got it once, I got killed, then I spawned and I got killed instantly by a mele but there was noone around or killcam.
