From some of the E3 videos that were demonstrating the game last year, it would display XP per hit or XP for assisting a player's target.

I would prefer damage just so i could tweak the different skill and attachments to maximize my abilities with certain weapons but from what i have read and heard others say it will be very similar, more damage you do the more exp shows up.

It basically is. You can continue a discussion about the same general topic on another thread with the same general idea, trust me. It's better to have longer discussions about similar topics than to have 100 posts about the same idea

I did. And please don't be mad, I'm just trying to help clean up the forums, it's annoying when you see the same topics and the same ignorance over and over again for about a year now (that's how long I've been here at least)

I think the answer to your question is exp but im not sure on what stack is.
The game never shows how much damage you have placed.

Well, this was linked to another thread on another topic, so OP, I think the discussion could continue there.

Some folks seem to get frustrated in this forum, that some topics do come up a lot. It's not a big deal really.
