When you upgrade a weapon like with hologram how u use it

When I upgrade say the scar with a hologram how do I use it. Like what key makes the hologram come out. Or like I upgrade to a grenade launcher. How do I make the grenade launch

hit 2 key then fire like normal hot 2 to go back to normal. Pressing 2 switches to whatever is under barrel.
