January, there were new problems with the 1.3 patch on the PC, and they're too busy attending the VGA, so they're going to wait to fix the new problems for XBox/PS3 so you won't get your 1.3 till PC gets their 1.4 in January. svcks to be console doesn't it?

1.3 is with Sony & MS now, so once it has passed their tests, it will be here

IDK the way the last couple of patches have been, an extra set of eyes and delay might work out for them. Plus they are the major market now and get to dictate how the *************** *********** ****** ****** ******* ****** ui is.
