Did the 1.9 update get rid of it?

sorry, i did find one but normally there are around 15 in that area. (between riverwood and honningbrew meadery)

Remember that they have to be fish that are jumping up stream.

I haven't gone fishing since 1.9 yet, so I don't know if anything has changed with those drop rates.
