By enchantments I mean armor effects (they seem to be called enchantments). I'm using a mod that removes the "enchantments" from armor, but when I started playing the DLC The Pitt it didn't include the armor in there, so I opened it up to add them.

I was surprised because none of the armors in the vanilla game had been edited. I checked the details to see what the mod had actually changed and it lists things like EnchClothingAdventurerWear. So my question is were can I find where those effects are listed so I can add the new ones?

And is this the best way to do it, or would it have been better to open the armor object and where it says Object Effect in the little drop down box, select none?
