Yeah, I would've expected a mod that turns raiders into whatever they're called in Borderlands.

I honestly don't think Borderlands had much to offer for the Fallout universe.

well the reason mods are so common for fallout is because bethesda released their game editor to the public, if the developers for borderlands released their game editor i'd imagine mods would be common, i'm not saying their isn't any mods for borderlands they would just be more difficult to find

i meant borderlands mods for fallout 3. we have warhammer armor mods, STALKER mods, and of course star wars mods. i was just a bit surprised that noone wanted the lancer armor or something. a few of the creatures were pretty cool. i wouldnt mind running into a huge drifter in DC albeit with less cartoony graphics.

See the link in my sig? Chack out my Ammo Limit mod. While this was developed before I ever saw Borderlands, it implements the ammo system from Borderlands. Meaning, if you have more ammo then my set limit you automattically drop the excess ammo. This is compatible with every mod out there in the wasteland since it does not edit anything.

H52AmmoLimitSCRIPT or something similair. All my scripts start with H52. If you're a Gatling Laser user it is reccomended that you take a look at the EC Pack part and fix something. I forgot one tiny thing.

And if you like it, feedback and endorsemants are always very welcome :)

I guess most people are satisfied enough with Borderlands to not see it in Fallout 3? Personally, I've never understood modding one game to be like another, or adding in common assets from another game.

cause sometimes there is an idea in one game that would translate over really well into a similar one. for instance anomalies and some of the creatures were waaaay better in STALKER so adding them to fallout 3 might improve the atmosphere. point lookout is about as creepy as fallout 3 gets and its nowhere near as scary as STALKER was. if you ever had a controller pop up in front of you or got blindsided by those invisible monsters (cant remember the name) you will know what i mean. one controller and im immediately hiding or running and hoping he doesnt see me meanwhile i can come across a room full of supermutants and im just.......

I'd like some of the player character outfits from borderlands. They're already pretty wastelandish. They would fit.

There's just no significant change you could make. The things from Stalker are missing in Fallout and would improve it. From Borderlands... there's nothing to add. Those facemasks? Midgets? There's nothing significantly different.

Well, there's the loot system, but that's a pretty serious undertaking.
