After leaving the vault where can I find a quick trader?

The 1st trader I found was Trashcan Carla and she wandering around the road near the museum.

Non-spoiler version: after the first quest in concord. Traveling merchant on the road south of town.

Is there a spot where I can find her?

The lady running the Drumlin Diner near Concorde is a trader and she had a decent amount of caps when I stumbled across there. You do have to deal with a small problem for her first though.

As far as I know mate she wanders all around the wasteland, I could be wrong though as I am only a few hours into the game and the road down from the museum that is where I found her.
