Power armor crafting station

One in Red Rocket, one in the BOS airship, one in Diamond City, one in Goodneighbor by the arms merchant, one can place them in any settlement they have ability to build in, probably a lot more scattered about too.
The settlement ones are safe to store junk in, I have not tried it in the towns or the BOS HQ.
Red Rocket is also technically a settlement which you own as well.

In relation to this, how do I repair power armor at the stations?

Depending on your console /PC exit armour near rack then click on " craft" when it appears as an option on the hud when you are near the rack.

Select transfer when facing the station and dump in your junk there is the area is one you control as well.
The stations pull from both your inventory and any inventory they have, usually settlement inventory.

Big yellow robot arms sticking out of the ground, they can be seen on the main screen that says "load, continue, new, settings"

OK, unless I'm doing something wrong, the crafting stations have no way to repair the parts, just to make upgrades and such.. ALL of the power armor parts in my inventory are at 0% health, so even the crafting station seems to give me no options... Can someone fill me in on how these things work?

At the bottom of the screen (while you're in the PA station menu) there should be a layout of what different buttons do. On PS4 square equips a piece of armor, triangle repairs it I believe. You need the appropriate items to repair it though, either in your workbench/PA station or in your inventory.
