If I choose to re-route the terminal controls at the reactor terminal in order to save the trapped inhabitants, where are they? Do they survive? Can I see them later?

A few days later Aerotech Suite 300, they don't do much and you can only talk to one of them, he's supposed to give you something but it's glitched.

Trapped half underwater in a flooded tunnel apparently.

I would like to do a "noclip" exploration thing. Such as I did in BioShock where you can turn on "noclip" and go outside of the buildings and look around there in the deep blue sea to see what you can see.

They obviously aren't really in the vault. You're not meant to actually see them there, so it would be a waste of time for them to have gone through the trouble of making a room for them just in case you want to no clip.

Would be cool, but it would be a waste of time.

huh...i thought it from years ago and they were dead.

They're alive and still waiting. But I just want to visit.
