K'shara is currrently sitting in Skingrad chapel, shadowing a woman for a deranged wood elf ;) I hate quest, but she just can't say no to people. Stupid goody-two-shoes world-savers... :swear:

Most recently traveling with Kyla - my wonderful, noble, elegant Dunmer heavy armor/claymore fighter. I thought I'd left her in Bruma, but as it turns out, she was in Leyawiin, trying to find out why some Fighters Guild members had taken to getting drunk and tearing up the Five Claws. I remember now that I left her there because she wasn't much impressed with the FG questline, but I didn't know what she might want to do instead. I still don't know, but she felt obligated to finish the mission she was on at least. She got a commission to bring Margarte five samples of ectoplasm, and in exchange, Margarte would agree to provide steady work for the FG guys. She didn't know of any places around Leyawiin that contained ghosts, and her quick visits into a few of the more obvious dungeons in the area didn't turn any up, so she finally ended up going all the way back to the Imperial City to raid her personal stash. Along the way, she fought a bandit who had an ebony bow, so she finally got an opportunity to upgrade from her dependable glass bow - Glimmer (shock damage plus fire damage plus light). She enchanted the new bow to do shock, frost and fire damage plus minimal amounts of drain speed, drain strength and drain agility - not enough to incapacitate, but just enough to weaken and slow them a bit - and named it Vex. Then she set out on the return trip to Leyawiin, and is currently just south of Bravil.

Meanwhile, Hanna, the little wisp of an elf I had been playing before, is in the middle of her last MG recommendation, trying to recover Dagail's father's amulet from Fort Blueblood. It's been a tremendous challenge for such a small and weak character to get past all those marauders, but, with help from her bow and her much-beloved summoned Timber Wolf, she's making fairly steady progress. She's currently at the door to Fort Blueblood, ready to go in again.

In the meantime, Lothran has enjoyed Buffy′s company at the waterfalls at Barren Cave. A bottle or two of Tamika can turn the most mundane adventure story into a near world-saving quest ^_^

Cheydinhal (sp?) west gate on a Black Armored horse, just finished a Dark Brotherhood quest in Lewyailan murdering a Imperial Legion retiree scumbag who's been trying to crack down on the brotherhood. The quest-giver called for using a special arrow that kills anyone unarmored in one hit, but I kept it for my artifact & weapon collection in Frostcrag Spire. As the newly promoted grandmaster of the thieves guild I sneaked into the town's waterhole while he was bathing at evening-time and slipped him a poisoned apple (first time i've ever used one) then followed him and his bodyguard to the guard barracks, sneaked in the shadows upstairs to the dining area, where I watched him keel over on the dinner table in front of 5 of his legion comrades. Problem is he keeled over in a pretty well lit area so I then donned the cowl of nocturnal, drank an invisibility potion, and proceeded to cut his ring finger off in front of all his legion-mates while invisible and booked for the hills immediately after.

I then stashed it in the desk of the new Legion commander in the imperial city as a message not to trifle in the brotherhood's affairs.

An honest day's work, for sure. O.o

Edit: Oh yeah, this is with my level 17 custom made "Hoard Ninja" Redguard, cleverly named Mordecai. (kinda a cross between a dragon and a ninja, evil through and through...) Homebase is Frostcrag Reborn but I am using other houses in tamriel as well. 197 hours play time so far.

My Xivilai, Neferheka, has been wracked with guilt since Kvatch and has been spending much of her time closing Oblivion gates and helping Martin to make up for her brethren's deeds. Right now she is at a Daedric Shrine, I forget which one, getting an artifact for Blood of the Daedra quest.

Lothran is such a gentleman! How kind of him to read a book with his nose down for an hour while Buffy got her 'water makes her clothes fall off' automatic waterfall reaction out of the way, had some play and got dressed. . . just in time for a bottle of Tamika's. Of course wine affects her too. . . . :hugs:

And... Kyla is in the bedroom of Rosethorn Hall, at loose ends. She finished up her mission for the FG and reported back to Modryn, who, somewhat to her relief (she's really sort of ambivalent about the fighters guild), didn't have any more jobs for her. Along the way back from Leyawiin to Chorrol, she picked up enough nirnroot to make the last delivery to Sinderion, so she decided to go on to Skingrad. She went overland, stopping off to visit with the Jemane brothers, then happened on Sanguine's shrine just north of Skingrad and suddenly remembered (well... I suddenly remembered, in any event) why she was carrying around that bottle of Cyrodilic Brandy. So she paid a visit to the shrine, made her offering and agreed to disrupt a dinner party in Leyawiin. So it was back down to Leyawiin, where she spent a day visiting with her pal Mazoga, then slipped into a black and burgundy outfit and made an appearance - and subsequent disappearance - at the countess' dinner party. And then - yes - she ran all the way back to Sanguine's shrine naked. That was actually fairly uneventful, except for the one bandit who shot an arrow into her butt (I laughed at least). After recovering her gear, she returned to Skingrad, and to Rosethorn Hall, where she's just going to relax for a bit, while I go into the depths of Fort Blueblood with Hanna.

See, the nice thing is that dear Lothran understands Buffy very well and graciously accepts her quirks.

She was asked in Episode 54 of her journal about the fact that she tends to trail clothing behind her when near water. Here's a snip:

* * *
"Perhaps it's because I'm a wood elf." I shrugged. "Mother told me that from a very young age, she and Father had trouble keeping clothes on me. She teased that even my name came from the fact I was always running around 'in the buff'. This was especially true around water. Why, I was almost twelve before the red-faced protests of my archery master finally convinced me not to drop my clothes beside every stream to play in the water. I'm more discreet now I suppose, but I still find that waterfalls tend to make my clothes fall off."

Indeed he does, and I can assure everyone that his nose was almost literally nailed to that book the whole time until Buffy came back :blush2:

With the nice and happy little Bosmer gone again and me absent, Lothran has remained for the time being at the waterfall, pondering about the mysterious nature of (some) Wood Elves

Well, Cayo has finally seen his first large scale battle (yes, although he's Captain rank in the Legion, he has always been kind of a "lone wolf" in his missions...too often they're too "paranormal" to get someone else involved). It happened after some kind of Orc-Dremora mix race/monsters attacked and destroyed Aleswell. Cayo received word both from another Legion Captain and from the Legion HQ to go thought the Jerall Mountains and into Skyrim, more precisely at some plains south of that province, in order to destroy that threat forever. He, as commanded, went thought some obscure tunnels and reached (again) the province where he once lived, then crossed the battlefield until the Cyrodiilic army camp. He introduced himself to the Legion General, and had a little chat with him before both hitting the bed (it was night time already, and the battle -the General said-, would begin the next morning).

Maybe Cayo has faced many horrors in his missions, but those situations (plus a big combat the next day) are intimidating by nature, and he admitted he was a bit nervous. In any case, he needed to rest, so after a deep breath of the night's refreshing air and putting his thoughs in order, he went to his tent and slept for a bit.

The next day, both armies set up each in front of the other. Cayo was still a bit unsure, but kept his head cool enough to anolyze the troops' disposition*. And despite being nervous before the beginning of the combat, in the end Cayo acted admirably in the battlefield. At the "ATTACK!!" order, he didn't flinch a bit and threw a massive nuclear blast at the furthest group of enemies, calcinating them instantly**, then charged himself against the enemy's General, killing him both with magic and blade. Although his warrior's fury had fully awakened, he tried as hard as he could not to harm his allies, drawing enemies out of the battlefield before finishing them off, and helping troubled allies with targeted, fail-safe spells. Naturally, at the end of the battle, the Legion was victorious, and those foul beasts made a nice (and big) bonfire :)

/Cayo was condecorated for his bravery and received 9 Fame points after this battle.

*Allies: Around 20. Enemies: Around 40. So yes, we were a bit outnumbered.
**The image of an entire group of those bastards getting calcinated by it was just.....glorious

Calacirya is lost in the Imperial City. Once again. Luckily, a nice beggar lady offered to show her the way to the Market District, where she's going to go buy some gems. :)

Enjoy Skingrad, Lothran!

Buffy is currently in Bravil. The annual Tournament of Archers is being held there this year, and her archery master, Daenlin, has asked her to compete by his side. Her master has won the last seven tournaments, and Buffy is optimistic that he will win again. The crowds that have descended upon her little forest town on the river have temporarily swelled the place into a veritible and festive tent city, full of merchants and vendors displaying exotic wares that rival the shopping in Imperial City.

Cador has just recently arrived in Leyawiin. He is currently traveling to each city in Cyrodil in order to study at each of the respective mages guild halls. His aim is to gain access to the Arcane university so that he may craft powerful magical artifacts to aid him in his endless quest for power. In Leyawiin he met a strange orc that claimed she was a knight. He aided the Orc carry out her vengeance against some thug and was subsequently offered an assignment to hunt down and eradicate a group of local bandits. The Orc however was beginning to get on his nerves with her constant posturing and overblown ego... Cador has had enough of her impertinence and has resolved to challenge her to single combat.

It's a single questmod: http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=32426. It's also a romance mod, but I skipped the romance part, and put a liiitle of imagination in the story to fit my Legion char. Other than that, the rest is what truly happened.

I'm glad my char is a full war veteran now ^^

Lothran is currently resting outside Greenmead Cave on his way to Anvil. Night fell and he decided not to press on until daylight.

Not long after he sat down, he witnessed a fight between a spriggan and a legionnaire. The spriggan summoned a black bear as usual but the fight was quickly over with the legionnaire as the winner. After all, they don′t train wimps to patrol the roads..

Very cool.

Olaf is currently outside a cave, well north and east of Anvil, crouched in high grasses of a high hilltop, pondering his next move, munching on some fresh venison.

This breaks Buffy's heart. Her life has been saved many times by Legion soldiers and she will always rush to help or heal them. Yet, a spriggan is a sister wood nymph and will not attack Buffy. Faced with a choice, she would help the soldier but, as I said, it would break her heart. :(

Lothran didn′t want any of them to die. But they obviously had differences only a fight to the death could resolve and it was not his place to interfere in what was not his business.

He′s friend with both of them so whatever the outcome, he wasn′t happy :sadvaultboy:

Cador is currently lurking about the Imperial City. He came to the IC looking for a stolen mage staff and to look up someone at the Arcane university that could help him find some magical crystals. He is currently debating whether to move back South and return the staff to its rightful owner or to push on North in search of undefiled shrines.
