Been trying to mop up some back quests and one of them is the Lars kid in Whiterun being bullied. Any thoughts on where Braith is? This one also goes hand-in-hand with Thorvald (the missing), can't seem to find that guy either. At this point I can access both the Battle-borns and Grey-mane homes without anyone calling the cops yet both quests are still hanging open.

More importantly: how did you get rid of her?

I've seen someone post here that she sometimes "locks herself in her house". IDK if they were being serious or joking.

The quest is still open, as is the Thorvald quest. So I'm assuming I didn't get rid of her. None of the rooms in either the Greymane or Battleborn houses are locked so I'm kind of stumped!

Wikia says this:
"Braith can (seemingly randomly) disappear, never to return. This may potentially happen if she wanders into a house and gets stuck."

They list it as a PS3 bug.

looks like it may also be an Xbox 360 bug as well!

I know the bug says disappear, but have you checked all the houses?

I never even got that quest to start on my 2nd character.

About Thorvald.... you have to get into the Battle-born house and find a letter about where he is. Then you have to go rescue him. If you talked to the Battle-boson (NOT Jon, the other one, can't remember his name) and replied Battle-born to his question, then you can get into the house without issue. You will still have to break into the room where the letter is.
