Ok so i'm playing skyrim on a intel HD 2500 card and i have around 30+ fps on the game HOWEVER it jumps around a good amount all i want is it to be at around 26-30 FPS not 23-40 FPS.

So any ideas on where to get a good FPS limiter i heard something called ENB or something has one but i can find it all i get are graphic mods.

You just need to set the INI file to limit the FPS. I need to look for it to tell you which one.

Anyway, I don't recommend to use ENB solely for the FPS limiter. The FPS limiter ENB uses is very much broken and will kill your FPS instead of limit it. I recommend using something like Dxstory instead.
