So far I found one from the hotel room in Novac, but I can't find any others. Help would be greatly appreciated!

No need to rush it really, just explore for a while until you find it.
I didn't get him until I arrived at REPCONN by lvl 9.

If you're in Novac, you've passed up about 20 of them at least. You've just got to look every where you go...never know what you may find. This game and F3 will turn you into a packrat.

Actually, I'm quite further than Novac. So far I've put in about 8 hours of gameplay into this and I'm at the Vegas Strip. Haven't seen a single one except in Novac...

Okay, this is a gameplay tip, rather than a spoiler: When you go someplace, litterally go over it with a fine tooth comb. For sensor modules and conductors, etc, look on shelves, in broom closets or maintenance rooms, or in workshop/factory type places. Never pass up having a rummage through any container, especially toolboxes.

Went ahead and googled for an answer, went to Goodsprings and found it inside the trailer. And I've put in about 100 hours towards Fallout 3, I just get lazy and wanna rush through it now that I've been there and done that..

There is actually one in the beginning of the game in Goodspring. I don't remember where I got my second one, I think it was somewhere between Goodspring and Sloan, then I headed for Primm.

There around alot of factory type places and garage buildings. Theyre not that hard to come buy, just look on shelves and tool boxes.

There are two that can be found in Novac. If you go to the gate to the motel and turn around their should be a garage with a workbench, two can be found on the bench, its stealing, but no one becomes hostile.
