Well, I have been trying to make morrowind seem more like oblivion. Graphics are finished (thanks to the MGE) and now im looking for a mod that will show arrows in the opponent when they have been shot. I haven't been able to find it yet, so if you could help me that would be great

There aren't (and unless a mojor breakthrough is achieved won't be) any such mods - the engine doesn't allow for it.
