Better be. I hope Skyrims a pinnacle of Bethesda's works. If so then myself and others can hope Bethesda can improve from this experience and continue to improve on things like world building, story telling, writing, atmosphere, the technical side, etc.
What I'm saying is I believe Bethesda has fairly good talent and spirit.
And if they perform as we hope they do with Skyrim and continue making the bar to reach higher and higher and especially keep honing their skills, I honestly expect their next project(Presuming to be Fallout 4) to be very good and maybe even a breakthrough.
This is all assuming Bethesda grows from their experiences and even slumps. Of coarse they're always free to make games and new ips as they see as a good experience(Its been stated by Howard Lord of the Rings was a huge influence for Oblivion).
I expect they put all their muster into Fallout 4. Anything less and/or otherwise is unacceptable.
