I am having trouble selling my stuff. None of the vendors seem to be restocking their cash. On my first character the gunrunners robot had tons of cash and tons of weapons, now he never restocks cash and has crap guns. Is this totally random or what?

Does anyone know of a decent vendor besides lady gibson or the robot?

I found the trick... If a merchant has 0 gold they will not restock. So I bought an item, waited, and they restocked. Glitch?

Depends... how long did you wait? If you waited for something like 3 days+ then it's normal.

Maybe I just did not wait long enough then... Any idea where to buy energy weapon ammo?

I thought it was funny how behind the Gun Runners robot is a LMG, and the Anti rifle, yet you can't buy them.
