One more thing, please allow people to post their own links. If you know about a good mod and think it should be listed here, please ask the author if you can list it, as they may wish to do it themselves.

This list can now also be used for modding resources, in addition to sites that contain plug-ins.

Update - June 2008
Added section of other Oblivion resources and tutorials sites

Update - January 24, 2012
Edit 1: TES Alliance has now been added on to the list.
Edit 2: And so has TESCosi.
Edit 3: Beyond Oblivion moved to 'Other' since it doesn't really fit in with the rest, but it does appear to have some useful info still.
Edit 4: Added the new Silgrad Tower site under 'Other'.
Edit 5: Undid "Edit 4" as they've got a thread and it's really just their mods. Doesn't really seem to fit.
Edit 6: New disclaimer page added.

Edit 8: Added link to Construction Set Wiki, under 'Other'.
Edit 9: Fixed a double protocol link and reverted from SSL for another to match the standard protocol use of the rest.

Well, we've got a German site on there already. I say keep them coming. I'll review them all when I get the chance and will look into adding them as well.

If the language ends up being a problem for me, I'll make do somehow.

I have a question about UESPwiki-site. Lately when I go to the site, I get a log-in popup asking name and password.
