Having bought the Deluxe edition on Origin, the only things that download are the soundtrack and Crysis 2 wth is my Crysis 3 it does not show up in library have reinstalled and refreshed many times, makes no difference, it will not show up and EA have my ￡54.99

Any ideas? Tried ringing EA support, was left on phone for 30 mins with no answer, bloody useless.

been on hold for 30 mins on phone and email live chat for over an hour fkn useless. I paid for the game and cannot download it, origin is garbage.

might be an idea to try a clean.
do you use cc cleaner? if so reboot into safe mode F8 on startup and run cc cleaner to get rid of all the crap in the background.
reboot and try a disc cleanup to get rid of the cookie monsters and then run origin again.

its strange as ive only hear of a few people not actually getting the game in origin.
have you received the email to say you own it with the key and all that.
