So i went to the AFB to turn in some missles and i cant find any bommers with names just mother pearl.Do they just go away after you get them the bomber because mother pearl is the only person i can talk to(plus the kids so i can offer them gum :wink_smile: )

Its a glitch. The wiki says something about Loyal going to Black Mountain.
