Just finished the Vault in Little Lamplight, I had Clover with me and loaded with a lot of my good stuff, weapons etc. After I got taken by the Enclave, I went back to Little Lamplight and she wasn't there???
I have to go out for a bit, and plan on going back to Paradise Falls to look for her, is that where she'll be?

Clover should return to where you found her.

During quests where your companions gets seperated from you they usually go back to where you first recruited them. I'd try Eulogy's Pad at Paradise Falls.
