Its not showing up on my map. at all. I walked to the place it should be, but it wasnt there. So assuming I did something wrong, I used the coc command to teleport to the cell that has the imperial camp.

There was nothing there. I kinda need that camp.

If you gave Dawnstar to the Imperials that may explain why the Pale camp disappeared, because then they don't need to invade it.

The truce is supposed to be in effect until after you defeat Alduin so they can start fighting again without threat of dragons,

so that may be why you can't continue the civil war.

Which means yes, you probably have to finish the Main Quest if you finished Season Unending with a peace treaty.

And after you defeat Alduin, but Regaining the Pale maybe you will encounter that still doesn't have any quest objectives.

Just go back to Tullius and talk to him, he will give you new orders and you can proceed with the quest.

Hm... All I remember about the truce negotiations was that Ulfric had absolutely nothing to give in exchange for markarth, and no cities changed sides as a result. But yeah, I went to Tullius and apparently I don't have t do that part. Which is odd because I never did anything that would've given it to the imperials.

So, looks like you're right. Thanks. I was thinking about starting over because that wuldve been a crummy place to stop.

...Still I have to wonder if simply not spawning an entire camp was the ebst idea. It seems a bit silly. But anyway, thanks again for the help!

Don't do that because you can break something in quest later...

and if that is your only save near that quest how you fix your save later !!!!
