I keep having an issue with followers weapons "vanishing" from their equipment - it happened regularly during testing exiting Gomorrah but now it seems that other "exits" are possibly robbing followers of weapons.

The latest seems to have been exiting Goodsprings Cave where Veronica lost her Oh Baby !!!

So far she has completely lost Paladin's Toaster & Oh Baby as by the time I noticed they were gone I couldn't figure out where it had happened - does anyone have any clues how I can get them back or are they lost forever [which would be a damn shame as she's awesome in hand-to-hand fights with either weapon]

..... gutted isn't even close !!!
