About Master Files – RU – not translated! - in folder: Original (RU)\Master Files (RU)
Better_Armor(Tb_pack_DaBhAr).esp - Dark Brotherhood armor onlu.
Better_Armor(Tb_pack_FULL).esp – this version.
Better_Armor(Tb_pack_v1b).esp – without Dark Brotherhood armor. A small battle between High Ordinators vs “standart” Ordinators.
Better_Armor(Tb_pack_v2b).esp – without Dark Brotherhood armor. A small battle between High Ordinators vs Royal Guards.
Better_Armor(Tb_pack_base).esp – without Dark Brotherhood armor. No bonus.

What's new:
– Adamantium armor: +1 shield and, 1 longsword, 3 helmets.
– Helsethguard: +2 versions of helmets, open and closed. 1 Shield. And 3 ver. of the cuirass.
– Indoril-Almalexia: + 1 a new set (white). 1 Shield. 4 new helmet. *now three sets.

Anyways, you place the BSA in your Data Files folder, just like any other files.
Then you have two choices, you can run a BSA Register or register the BSA manually in your ini. (under the [Archive] section)

It should look like this:
[Archives]
Archive 0=Tribunal.bsa
Archive 1=Bloodmoon.bsa
Archive 2=Better_Armor(Tb_pack).bsa

Note that the archive number is sequential, and should be numbered accordingly with how many BSAs you have.

Archive BSAs can be listed in any order, as long as the numbers make sequential sense.

every time i go to ebonheart it says missing meshes and textures. He only has 3 files with the mod.

Is probably from the Russian mod community. IIRC, the guy who makes the Better Armour is Russian. Chances are you don't have that BSA file, try removing that line from your INI. I believe that the Archives need to be numbered sequentially so you may need to do some renumbering.

I think you only need one of these:
GameFile6=Better_Armor(Tb_pack_baseEN).esp
GameFile7=Better_Armor(Tb_pack_FULL).esp

"Better_Armor(Tb_pack_baseEN).esp" doesn't seem to have the Dark Brotherhood armour in.

Just extracted the BSA and the file giving you the error is in there:
meshes\@_badam\@_badall.nif
