Been roaming about, 40 hours game play now, level 27, and still havn't seen 1 Daedric monster. The only daedric thing I've seen was a daedra heart in the Hall Of Vigilant. Am I too low level? And do any monsters/enemies starting wielding daerdric items after a certain level? I just miss my daedric friends.

No. Daedra are few and far between. There are no longer the centerpiece of the story, they are really quit the extreme opposite.

I hate to say, but that half-way ruins the game for me. Time to pillage and plunder the Hall of Vigilant for their 1 Daedra Heart I guess.

Also flame/frost/storm atronachs aren't a uncommon sight, altough many of them are summoned by others.. but they definately exists. I do agree that they are way to rare (especically Dremoras as I find them cool) and it's slightly dissapointing that they are so rare.

Do the Mehrunes Dagon quest, and you'll "meet" a couple of daedra.

How do I start that quest? I went there and looked at him, even tried to climb him. There's no crazy follower or anything near him

Go to Azura's shrine. And worship her.
