Where to find a flawless sapphire : V

I already know you can find a flawless sapphire in the Dibella Temple in Markarth, but does anyone know other definite places to find another one?

Gold and Silver mining can throw out some nice flawless gems.

If you are desperate then you could save before you start mining then reload if none of the veins give you your gem.

I got both of mine recently. I am almost positive that the gems (and flawless gems) are leveled loot because I didn't see the first one til after level 35 and I have had the quest for 10 levels now.

According to the wiki, it takes 20 days for the one in the Temple of Dibella to respawn...standing outside of the inner sanctum and waiting 20 days counts, right?

To be on the safe side, leave the city completely and do something else for those 20 days, you might even find one before then.

If you do the stones of Barenziah quest early on you'll get a lot more gems in regular loot, presumably including flawless sapphires.
