Where do I find sleeping people during the day?

So I"m playing a vampire. Is there any place I can go to find people who sleep during the day? It seems most people don't go to sleep until 11 pm or so.

Why do you want to feed during the day? Don't vampires sleep during the day and hunt at night? :confused:

Hauls-Ropes-Faster in Anvil sleeps during the day. If the thought of feeding off a lizard grosses you out, try Ongar the World-Weary in Bruma. But he only sleeps from 6am to noon.

Most Thieves Guild members sleep from 6am till noon.

nope, if you read the notes it says it is impossible to feed on him as he is set as unconscious.
