Where do we go from here?

I bought this game through Steam on release in Australia, so some of you have had it more than two weeks.
I noticed framedops 2 hours into play (after shooting those vermants near around the well there was a dustdevil) After trying the dll fix (no joy) ,water multisampling (ditto), Nvidia`s FNV driver (57-60 fps) except the sudden drop kept happenning especially panning past the dust devil. I run Win7 64, wc I975 4ghz, GTX 295,12gig ddr3 and I have proceeded no further into the game. Though this is not the subject of this post.
I decided to post here, even though the subject is strongly tied to PC Issues(I havnt` checked the other platforms in regard to this).
Since Betheda`s posts after release that they are working on a patch and news will be forthcomig, there has been nothing.
It has been but two weeks since then, and the number upon number of posts that have been generated reguarding issues and community help. Some of them voicing their dissatisfaction or frustration, and some others on the benefits of communication.
Imagine a different scenario, where the developers and beta testers were to interact and make announcements and responses. If in such an upright manner this were to be undertaken, would`nt most appreciate their input, their commitment, and would`nt their be far less posts in that regard.
In the two years since I got back into gaming, I`ve come across a few games like Jutland and the Mount & Blade series where you could find some elements of the above. Not to say their are not, though I have never come across anything that could compare with the approach on this than in Rise of Flight.
To those that can affect change, perhaps it`s worth a look.
