Where do I get Fortify Conjuration Enchantment? : V

Hey so I was wondering where I could get the Fortify Conjuration Enchantment (not the potion)

Find an item which fortifies conjuration and disenchant it.
It can be armor, bracers, helmet, robe or circlet of conjuration and you'll usually find them at random, but IIRC you can buy Robes of Conjuration in the Winterhold College.

Yes but are there items with only fortify conjuration with no 'Magicka regenerates this much faster'?

Yes, I have a circlet that only fortifies conjuration.

But now that I think of it, what effect do you want to achieve? Items can only ever be enchanted with spell cost reduction. IIRC, potions allow for longer duration of the spell, but you can't enchant anything with this effect.

I have 100 enchanting so I can enchant 4 items with 25% less conjuration so that I have infinite conjuration but when the magicka regeneration is added to the spell it's only 15% less.

If that makes sense..
