i need a frost spell for a quest for the college. I'm pretty sure a spell tome is suppose to be there but its not. i have looked every where for a place that is selling a frost spell but couldn't find one. any one no where i can buy one?

I got one in Riverwood from the trader if you're talking about the early level frost.

The court wizard in Whiterun had several for me, you might check there.

The people at the College all sell spells from different schools. Find the one that deals with Destruction and he'll surely have at least one frost spell.

Yea, once you find the College, load up on the spells.

I been using the same stupid Fire/Spark spells since Level 1.

Time for something more fun.

There's an NPC for each school of magic at the College, sometimes they are just hard to find since they move around. Ask the lady in the courtyard when you first get there and she'll give you the name of the NPC that sells spells for each school of magic.

Also remember you buy BOOKS that teach spells now, you don't buy the spell directly!
