If you want a specific mod (I can't tell at all with your lack of capitalization and stuff), go here: http://www.gamesas.com/topic/1369498-mod-detectives-125/

Better Bodies by Slof? Try google. Can't link here because of advlt content. Google "better bodies slof" and you'll find the link.

A simple Google search brings it up fine...

It is not allowed to be linked here due to the content. Anyways, there's a bunch of different body mods with clothing replacers to choose from. If you can't find one body mod, you can always grab another.

You really need to be much more specific in what you actually want. We aren't psychic, we can't just KNOW what you are trying to find and what difficulty you are having. If you want help, BE SPECIFIC.

Do you want a Body Replacer mod? Well, there's a bunch.

This discussion would be much easier to have on Nexusmods. Make an account there and ask on their forum, since there isn't the advlt Content restriction there.

What are you guys talking about of course you can link to advlt content if you have a http://www.gamesas.com/topic/644280-advltmature-content/ before a direct link.

First and foremost always (ab)use http://www.tessearch.com/ when you're looking for mods especially for Morrowind or Oblivion and sometimes it's even better than Google.

the mod is called "better bodies" thats what its called though im giving up on it, the only links to it are dead i just wanted to get mods for better looking people and be able to use the better looking clothes. most of them called for the better bodies mod as a required file. but as it seems to be lost to sites going down ill just deal with the crap vanilla characters though the characters and clothes were reasons i quit playing.

they had some for morrowind and i believe that same team made the one for oblivion. it had the same name. though im guessing its too old to find anymore. if theres a newer body replacer that works and has a decent amount of clothes with it im good with that.

HGEC for Females, MaleBodyReplacerV52 (Also known as Roberts Male) for males.

There are a bunch of other female body replacers, but HGEC is the most widely used and most popular. Grab "EVE HGEC Eyecandy Variants Expansion" for the HGEC body with several choices in bust and hip size, along with a complete stock replacer for clothing and armor.

Then you didn't do it right.

What mod manager are you using? Where do you have Oblivion installed? What OS are you running? What mods, SPECIFICALLY (remember my previous statement about Specificity? I wasn't joking there.) did you try to install?

If you want help, you need to give us actual information to work on.

its windows xp oblivion is installed under D:\programfiles\bethesda\oblivion places the mesh files ect in their respective folders and the bsa into data files. replaced the files they said to replace, and made sure to turn the mods on. that should be all thats needed right?

oh yeah useing just the male body mods replacer and the clothing replacer v5 you suggested with the normal shivering ilse nights of the nine disc based files

ok i didnt swap out the files for the body type i wanted, so it was just replacing the body type with one that looks very similar to the vanilla one. i just must have skimmed over that in read me. though i have a UI mod "DarNified UI 1.3.2.OMOD" how does this work? i haven't seen OMOD type before, i extracted it but the files dont seem to work?

ill just not mess with those. i think i have to redo everything as i missed quite a few patches to make the other UI i found work and it wont update with the new files. just keeps closing.

before i bother with the sixth reinstall are there anymore updates after 1.2.416 and is there an install order?
im putting in "obse 0020" to put in "menuque v9a 32200 1" to put in "hus status bars 5 3 2 34805 5 3 2" should i put these in first and then put in mods? and is there anything else that would need to go in first?

Please use a mod manager.

Actually, just go learn how to use Wrye Bash. It will make your life simpler in the long run.
