You can purchase some off Doc Mitchell, the lady doc in Novac and New Vegas Medical Center. I think Crimson Caravan has a supply too.

Just go into the abandoned BOS bunker and keep walking then go and take a left into that small hallway that leads over to a room and on the hallway to the left is a safe(on the right) that has the voucher in it.

That's for the regular voucher that you receive for just finishing Dead Money.

Yah that seems completely useless. Plus your gonna have to stay there a little while to earn up that many Chips.

befriend the Followers of the Apocalipse in Freeside. Once you get 'Liked' Julie Farkas will sell
you Stimpacks at a discount and also grant a free one every 24h.

When you reach Idolized, she'll propose you to join her faction and will give you the
key to the Followers safehouse where a visiting doctor can resupply you once a day with Stimpacks/Rad-X/Radaway.

always buy them when you see them in any shop or traveling merchant but dont use the unless your in combat coz you can just go and sleep or pay a doc to fix you that way you should end up with hundreds.i think ill use maybe 5 tops throughout the game but have around 300.
