I bought ES: Antholgy and it seems that the disc version doesn't contain the DLC and the steam deluxe version is only in English. Is it an other way to get the dlcs? (I found a patch to translate the DLCs but it doesn't seems to translate the whole game)

As far as I know, the language patches only translate the text. So item names, creature names, and the subtitles. What is not patched?
