where is height on rooftops?

In crysis3s.com there is a perk listed in combat stats "height on rooftops".. How to do it? Or in which map it is available? Because in c2 it was available in skyline map... Anyone able to achieve it?

I think its bugged, like the "the hunter" under combat stats.
