I just recovered the platinum chip at the fort but I can't find the secret bunker?

It's in the top section of the fort behind Caesar's tent. There's a small building back there and the bunker access is within it.

Leave the tent and walk around around down the hill behind it. There's a building there. Go in, you'll get your weapons back, open the hatch in the floor (maybe take some Rad-X as you'll be getting dosed the whole time) and proceed. There should be a marker on your local map if you have that quest selected.

You will find it at the weather station right were this guy said it is.

I have the quest selected but no marker is on my map. My quest is showing to return the chip to yes man and kill or disable house. I want to return the chip to house though and keep him alive...

Is this going to kill my ncr rep or put a roadblock in place of any other missions if I do what house wants me to do in this bunker?
