Where Is Latest Obse Thread? : IV

Can't seem to find a new thread for OBSE.
Interested in finding the absolute latest OBSE version available. Wasn't sure if 18.6b at the official website was the latest beta or not.

yes 18.6 is the latest beta version http://http://obse.silverlock.org/ that is their website for it. at the top it says what is final and beta.
also they reached post limit and have not started a new topic yet.

Quick question about the newest version of OBSE. Is the version independent or does it require an earlier version of OBSE installed before it can work properly? I don't know if this is a stupid question, I am fairly new in using OBSE and I just want to make it clear whether or not I can use the newest version. Please help me

You only need to install the latest version, no patching is necessary.
