Well Cry-Tom or Cry-Adam haven't been on today, which leads to assume that everyone at Crytek is having a weekend of no work. Which means they lied about releasing the patch this week. False advertisemant seems to be Crytek's speciality nowadays. The patch was apparently released and then withdrawn. Which makes me suspect that there was a good reason for it not being released this week (eg. a last-minute, show-stopping bug was spotted). I'm not sure I'd call it lying or false advertising, and I'm fairly sure you'd be far more irritated if a patch had come out that had caused a serious problem.
