Where Is Raul

So I cleared out black mountain and killed tabitha but cannot find raul where is he? I figured he would be in the prison building but there is a locked door and I cannot find the key please help.

Btw tabitha's super sledge is sweet!

You have to use the computer to get the password for the other computer which unlocks the door.

Where? Not in tabitha's room right? I was in a room with two terminals I hacked only one.

It's in the prison room to the left when you enter. I think it was the last message in that PC that gives you the password.
