Where is my refund : Fallout 4

Bethesda support staff is ignoring me. So game screwed up and I lost all my purchases which was a lot.

They told me back on Nov 10th they were refunding me and it can take UP TO 10 business days. It's now been 16 business days and still no refund.

Answer my ticket and stop ignoring the issue hoping it will go away

I got a message last month saying I would be fully refunded within 10 working days.

I waited and as of yet are still waiting to recieve my refund.
