Without a DLC, I would say the Novac motel room or possibly Harper's Shack.

With a DLC: The Sink, or the Abandoned BoS Bunker.

Edit: I would live in Wolfhorn Ranch, that place is awesome. I just wish the building was bigger.

Currently I use the Followers Safehouse *however* if I was really living in the Mojave Wasteland I'd find that a bit too far away from civilisation, not to mention the Cazadors that like to live nearby. I reckon if I was really living there I'd either make a play for Sarah at Vault 21 and live with her *or* try to get in with The Kings and live in Freeside. I'd also have to get Veronica to join me. I like that woman.

I live in Novac ATM, but I can't really say where I'll move to next. Although nomadic playthroughs are always fun.

I'd go live with the super mutants up at their mountain retreat. Or near there, anyways.
